We've been collecting feedback from our guests for a long time.
In our almost 25 years in business we have had the great fortune of serving over 5000 folks who have participated on one of our outdoor excursions. Young and old from around the world have camped, hiked, and rafted with us.
Throughout this time we have surveyed all of our guests for feedback regarding their experiences with us and to make suggestions as to how we may improve.
We have taken this feedback very seriously and have developed an approach to our program that is well organized, conscientious, and thorough. All the while emphasizing relaxation and positive experiences outdoors.
