Raft- Sacramento River Rafting

Sacramento River Rafting

Day Trip Overview

Get out for the day and explore the north state on a relaxing scenic river float.

This beautiful Northern California river raft trip just outside of Red Bluff includes 10 miles of arguably the most scenic stretch of the Sacramento River through a quintessential riparian oak woodland habitat with glorious views of Mt Lassen weather dependent.

During the spring fields of wildflowers blanket the grassy hillsides and migrating waterfowl make their way to their summer homes. In the fall the changing colors of the landscape welcome cooler temperatures and salmon to the river.

We'll float through the traditional ancestral lands of the Yana and Nomlaki People who made this area their home for thousands of years.

Typical wildlife observed include river otters, deer, bald eagles, hawks, ospreys, a myriad of duck species, white pelicans, salmon, and more.

This float is one of the hidden gems of the North State!

Trip Includes

Top of the line rafting equipment including rafts, life jackets, and safety equipment

ECO staff raft guides to safely row the rafts

About mid way through our float we will stop for lunch along the river and stretch our legs on an optional short hike to a scenic vista. There is an outhouse style restroom at our lunch stop.
